9. Break 2 eggs in a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well with a beater/hand whisker.
10. The egg mixture turns frothy and is ready. Here I am using hand whisker.
11. Add the flour mixture and mix well.
NOTE: Do not use a whisker or an electric beater at this point as it will reduce the air that has risen. Presence of this air makes the cake fluffy.
12. Add milk and combine well. Mix gently, do not overmix.
13. Make a lump-free batter of ribbon-like consistency which means when you drop it with the spoon, it drops like a ribbon.
14. Pour the made batter on apple and cinnamon base. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 350 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 30-35 minutes.
NOTE: If you do not have an oven, take a big cooker/vessel, add 2 cups of salt/sand and heat it for 10 minutes on high heat. Put the pan in the preheated cooker and cover with a heavy plate, bake for 30 minutes on low-medium heat.
