Strawberry Panna Cotta Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin/agar-agar and moulded. The cream is flavoured by different flavourings. Today I am making strawberry flavoured panna cotta. The main ingredients are cream, Gelatin and Strawberries. Please follow along with me to learn how to make Panna Cotta at your home. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Resting Time: 1+1 hour Ingredients : Strawberry - 1 1/2 cup roughly chopped Gelatin/Agar Agar - 1+1 tablespoon Milk - 1 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 + 1/2 cup Water - 1 1/2 + 1 1/2 tablespoon Steps: 1.
