  9. Coriander Leaf - 2 tablespoon fine chopped
  10. Gram Flour/Besan - 2 tablespoon
  11. Salt - according to taste
  12. Oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Steps :
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan and roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
3. Once roasted, let it cool down and make a coarse powder out of it.
4. Take all the seasonings in ground chicken/chicken keema along with salt. Mix well.
5. Add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilis and coriander leaf. Mix well in the chicken mixture.
6. Add gram flour/besan and mix well.

8.  Take your favourite skewers. Here I am using wooden medium-sized skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes). Apply a little bit of oil in hand, take ball size mixture and start placing the mixture around the skewer.
NOTE: If you do not have seekh, you can put the mixture in hot oil directly.
9. Make all the seekh kababs.
10. Heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pan/wok, fry the ready kababs in medium hot oil till it turns nice golden brown and crispy.
11. Serve hot with your favourite sauce and enjoy.
