Chicken Seekh Kabab
Chicken Seekh kabab is a special type of kabab which is made from minced chicken. You would need a skewer to prepare this recipe. In this blog, I will show you how you can prepare this delicious recipe at home. I have used available ingredients.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Resting Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2 persons
Ingredients:
- Chicken Keema/Ground Chicken - 1 cup
- Onion - 1/2 cup fine chopped
- Green Chili - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander Leaf - 2 tablespoon fine chopped
- Gram Flour/Besan - 2 tablespoon
- Salt - according to taste
- Oil - 2-3 tablespoons
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan and roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
3. Once roasted, let it cool down and make a coarse powder out of it.
4. Take all the seasonings in ground chicken/chicken keema along with salt. Mix well.
5. Add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilis and coriander leaf. Mix well in the chicken mixture.
6. Add gram flour/besan and mix well.
7. The mixture is ready. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
8. Take your favourite skewers. Here I am using wooden medium-sized skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes). Apply a little bit of oil in hand, take ball size mixture and start placing the mixture around the skewer.
NOTE: If you do not have seekh, you can put the mixture in hot oil directly.
9. Make all the seekh kababs.
10. Heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pan/wok, fry the ready kababs in medium hot oil till it turns nice golden brown and crispy.
11. Serve hot with your favourite sauce and enjoy.
