 Veg Keema Curry 

Vegetable Keema Curry is a curry prepared from finely chopped vegetables. Variety of vegetables are chopped mixed with grated cottage cheese(Paneer) and cooked with variety of spices giving curry a unique flavor. In this blog post I will show you to prepare tasty Veg Keema Curry using simple ingredients at home.
 Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Serving : 2 persons
Ingredients :
  1. Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 1 cup crumbled
  2. Green Beans - 1/2 cup fine chopped
  3. Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
  4. Green Peas - 1/2 cup
  5. Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup
  6. Onions - 1 cup fine chopped
  7. Tomato - 1/2 cup pureed
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt - according to taste
  10. Green chili - 1 tablespoon fine chopped
  11. Coriander Leaf - 2-3 tablespoon fine chopped
  12. Garam Masala - 1 tablespoon
  13. Coriander Cumin Powder - 1 tablespoon
  14. Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
  15. Cinnamon Stick - 1/2 inch
  16. Bay Leaf - 1 
  17. Water - 1/2 cup
  18. Butter - 2 tablespoon
  19. Oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps :
1. Here are all the ingredients. You can fine chop or puree the tomatoes. You can add more vegetables as per your taste.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Let them crackle in the oil for a minute.
3. Add fine chopped onion and green chili and saute them for a while or till onions turns translucent.
4. Add fine chopped carrots and beans and saute them for 2 minutes.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears.
6. Add grated tomatoes and mix well. Keep the flame on medium.
7. Add all the powdered spices along with salt to taste, mix and cover the mixture and cook till the mixture starts separating oil. Keep the flame on low and stir the mixture occasionally. 
8. Once the mixture cooks perfectly, add green peas and sweet corn. Mix them and saute with the mixture for 2 minutes. Keep the flame on medium. 
NOTE: Here I am using frozen green peas and sweet corns. If you are using fresh corn and peas, add them while you added carrot and beans.
9. Add crumbled paneer / cottage cheese and mix well in the mixture.
10. Add half cup of water and coriander leaf, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
11. Serve hot and enjoy with roti/ rice/ puri or naan.
