  Kurkuri Bhindi

Kurkuri Bhindi is a tasty side dish or appetizer. It is very crispy from outside and soft from inside. 
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Frying Time : 3-4 minutes
Serving : 2 persons
Ingredients :
  1. Bhindi / Okra / Ladyfinger - 200 grams
  2. Rice Flour - 3 tablespoon 
  3. Gram Flour / Besan - 3 tablespoon
  4. Corn Starch - 2 tablespoon
  5. Salt - According to taste
  6. Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Chat Masala - 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Coriander Cumin Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Oil - 1 tablespoon + for frying

Steps : 
1. Here are all the ingredients. Cut the okra / ladyfinger / bhindi in thin strips. Preferably use fresh okra. 
2. Take rice flour, corn starch, gram flour / besan in a big mixing bowl and mix well.
 3. Add the powdered seasoning and mix well.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and combine well in the mixture.
5. Add the thin strips of okra / ladyfinger/ bhindi and coat well.
6. Okra / ladyfinger/ bhindi is coated well.
7. Heat oil in a pan / wok, add the coated okra/ bhindi and fry them on medium flame.
8. Drain in a kitchen towel.
9. Serve hot and enjoy.
