   Veg Hakka Noodles 

Hakka Noodles is a very famous street food in India and originated from China or Taiwan. The boiled noodles are stir fried with vegetables / meat and seasoned with sauces on high heat. Today I am making Veg Hakka Noodles, you can add meat or vegetables as per your wish.
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serving : 2-3 person
Ingredients :
  1. Hakka Noodle - 1 packet boiled
  2. Cabbage - 1 cup julienne
  3. Carrot - 1/2 cup julienne
  4. Onion - 1 fine chopped
  5. Green Capsicum - 1 julienne
  6. Red Capsicum - 1 julienne
  7. Green Chili - 1 julienne
  8. Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
  9. Tomato Sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Red Chili Sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
  11. Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  12. Black Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
  13. Salt - According to taste
  14. Oil - 2 tablespoon
Steps :
1. Here are all the ingredients. Boil the hakka noodles as per instruction on the packet. You can add your favorite vegetables / meats.
2. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a wok, add onion, green chili, green capsicum and red capsicum. Saute them for 1 minute on high heat.
3. Add carrot and cabbage, mix well and saute them for 1 minute. Do not overcook the veggies.
4. Add ginger paste, mix with the veggies and saute for 1 minute.
You can use 1 tablespoon of fine chopped garlic instead of garlic paste.
5. Add boiled Hakka noodles, tomato sauce, red chili sauce and soy sauce. Mix everything well and saute for 5 minutes on high heat. Stir continuously for even frying.
6. Add salt as per your taste and black pepper powder. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes on high heat. Stir continuously for even frying.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
