Cabbage Fritters
Cabbage Fritter is a crispy and tasty Indian snack served with some dip and accompanied with Tea or Coffee.
Preparation Time : 10 minutes Frying Time : 5 minutesServing : 2-3 persons
Ingredients :
- Cabbage - 2 cups
- Gram Flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt - According to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Chat Masala Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - To fry

Steps:
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Cut the cabbage in small pieces. Here I have used a hand chopper. It makes chopping fast and easy.
3. All chopped well. Put the chopped cabbage in a big bowl.
4. Now add gram flour and all the spices in the chopped cabbage.
5. Start mixing the mixture. For better result, use your hands to mix. Do not add water.
6. Squeeze the cabbage while mixing. It will starts releasing its water content. After sometime, the mix will starts combining. Keep mixing till it combines well.
7. The mix combined well. Now you can easily form a ball with the mix.
8. Heat oil in a pan/ wok.
9. Make small balls of the ready mix and put them in the hot oil.
10. Fry from all sides on medium heat till it turns golden.
11. Drain the balls in a kitchen towel.
12. Serve hot with Yogurt Mint (click here for recipe).
