            Egg-less Chocolate Mousse 
Chocolate Mousse has a fluffy, smooth and light texture. Chocolate Mousse is a simple and impressive recipe that's perfect for any time. 

Preparation Time : 5 minutes      Cooking Time : 5 minutes
Cooling Time : 15 minutes           Serving : 2 persons

Ingredients :

  1. Chocolate Chips - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1/4 cup 
  3. Butter (Unsalted) - 2 tablespoon
  4. Water - 1/4 cup
  5. Whipped Cream - 1 1/2 cup (Click here for the recipe)

Steps :
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Take 1/4 cup of water in a sauce pan and heat it up on low flame. Do not boil the water.
3. Add 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Do not boil the mixture. Keep the flame low.
4. Add chocolate chips and sugar . (You can add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee for the strong flavor).
5. Stir constantly and mix well on low heat till chocolate chips and sugar melts. Do not boil.
6. All melted. Smooth texture. Remove from heat.
7. Pour the mixture in a bowl and let it cool completely.
8. In meantime I have shredded some chocolate for serving.
9. Once the chocolate mixture cools completely, take whipped cream in a big mixing bowl.
10. Add the chocolate mixture in the bowl of whipped cream.

11. Mix well gently.
12. Keep mixing gently.

13. Smooth and silky texture.
14. Pour the mousse in the decorated glass , top with the shredded chocolate and refrigerate before serving.
