Mug Brownie

    Mug Brownie 

The fudgy mug brownie is perfect and simple recipe when you crave for something sweet but don't want to spend lots of time in kitchen. 
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 2-3 minutes

Ingredients :

  1. All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Cocoa Powder - 3-4 tablespoon
  3. Sugar - 3-4 tablespoon
  4. Milk - 3-4 tablespoon
  5. Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
  6. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  7. Water - 2-3 tablespoon (if needed)

Steps :
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Take your favorite cup, add flour and cocoa powder, mix well till combined.
3. Add sugar and mix well till combined.
4. Once all dry ingredients get combined, add milk and mix.
5. Add oil and mix the mixture completely and lump free. Use 2-3 tablespoon of water if needed. Do not make very runny batter.
6. Mixed well. (use a separate bowl for mixing and pour the batter in cup if facing problem in mixing in the bowl) 
7. Add chocolate chips and mix lightly.
8.Add chocolate chips on the top if you like. Microwave for 2 minutes . Time varies according to quantity of batter and microwave wattage. (it takes 3-4 minutes for me)

9. Perfectly done.
10. Top with a dollop of whipped cream (click here for recipe) , sprinkle some chocolate shave and serve.
11. Enjoy.
