 Frozen Ginger Garlic Paste

Ginger Garlic paste is a main ingredient in Indian recipes. Peeling ginger and garlic is a messy and time taking process. Today I am sharing my kitchen hack which saves my lots of time and makes cooking process faster. You can store this for 20 days in the tray or freezer safe ice bag.     
Preparation Time : 15 minutes       Grinding Time : 2-3 minutes
Shelf Life : 20 days
Ingredients:
  1. Ginger - 1 cup
  2. Garlic - 1 cup
  3. Water - 2-3 tablespoon
Steps:
1. Here are all the ingredients.
2. Peel the garlic and ginger , cut ginger in small pieces.
3. Put the ingredients in the grinding jar.
4. Add 2-3 tablespoon of water (do not add lots of water, it will make the paste very runny) and grind it in smooth paste.
5. Take a clean and dry ice tray. Preferably use a silicon ice tray.
6. Pour the paste equally in all the segments with the help of a spoon.
7. All done.
8. Freeze the paste for 4-5 hours or till the paste gets hard. Store this frozen ginger garlic paste for 20 days in freezer. If you want to keep this paste for more than 20 days, use 2-3 tablespoon of oil instead of water while grinding the paste.
Use this ginger garlic paste in any recipe you like.
